Last weekend I brought the above Reunion of 109 old army mates with partners to The Ramside Hall Hotel. People came from all over the world to attend our 10th Annual Reunion. This is the second time we have attended your Hotel for our annual reunion. From checking in to checking out all of my people praised your staff.

Vickie on Reception was on top of her game and made everyone feel welcome, nothing was too much bother, minor problems were quickly sorted out.

Helen Attley in Events handled our booking for the second time, her patience in getting all our requirements right made my life so easy in organising the Reunion.

Paul handled our Saturday night function in such a way that everything went like clockwork. The food came out and all the staff serving us were faultless. The standard of food that your chefs provided us over the weekend was outstanding but Saturday night was particularly special.

The Cleaning staff, Chambermaids, Bar staff, Maintenance were all faultless. Dave the manager was always on hand for any problems which I must add were very minor and not worth a mention. One of our guys got stuck in the lift so we even had the pleasure of meeting your local Fire Brigade who later posed for pictures with our man who was trapped in the lift. I have to say he suffered no lasting effects, just gave him a thirst and gave the rest of us a laugh.

I obviously do not know all the names of your staff but all I that I came into contact with were professional, courteous and a credit to your Hotel.

The above are not only my views but the views of all 109 of us. A big well done from all the lads and lasses of 60 Squadron Royal Engineer Veterans.
We know we will be returning in the near future if you will have us (and the price is right of course).

One of the best hotels I've been in, the Receptionist who took the booking went the extra mile.

A super hotel, when the leisure opens it will be even better.   Most enjoyable.

Rooms refurbished beautifully, Bathroom particularly impressive.

Highly enjoyable evening meal, staff were first class, also breakfast, hot and plenty.
