CHEF DE PARTIE (Senior)

We are looking for a Chef de Partie (Senior) who is motivated, capable of using initiative and genuinely enthusiastic about food and cooking. Candidates will need to be able to maintain consistently good standards and cope with a high pressure kitchen.   Duties will be preparing high-class meals in our brasserie style restaurant, with its extensive a la carte menu, assisting in building an award winning rosette restaurant. We are very keen to push the restaurant forward to gain accolades in the near future. You will be working with some of the best seasonal local produce, meat, game, fish, vegetables etc. Will also be preparing excellent quality function food for a wide variety of large events.

Ideal applicants will have City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent. Typical week worked 5 days out of 7 variable shifts including some straight shifts and some split shifts.

EXPERIENCED WAITING STAFF

Evenings and weekends approx. 30 hours per week.  Required for the Rib Room Steakhouse & Grill.   Would suit those who have already gained experience in similar high quality restaurant environments.   Ideal applicants will be outgoing, with excellent people, communication and selling skills.
