Food for thought
We are delighted to offer an enormous choice of excellent menus for numbers up to 500 persons. Our menu range is from canapes, finger buffets, fork buffets, barbecues, banquet menus to the full gala celebration buffet. We have menu suggestions or you can choose and construct your own menu from the comprehensive menu selectors in the Hotel's Conference and Banqueting brochure. Our event planners have all the necessary experience to guide you through this ensuring a successful event.
We offer a superb private dining experience. Having enjoyed a pre dinner cocktail and canapes you will be seated at immaculately dressed tables and enjoy a memorable experience. We offer private dining in our Boardrooms 8 to 20 persons, in the Green Room for up to 30 and in the Fountain Room for 60. Menus, drinks, wines, flowers, colours can all be tailored to your requirements. Larger numbers for banquets up to 500 persons can be catered for within our banqueting suites.
Well Stocked Bars
Well stocked bars and a comprehensive wine list are available to complement your function. A copy of our extensive wine and sensibly priced wine list is available on request. For your information we allow approximately 4 glasses of wine per 75 cl bottle. We can organise reception drinks, liqueurs and an account bar facility specific to your instructions. We do not operate a corkage policy.
