Claire Stephen - Events Planner
Claire Stephen, Conference & Events Planner joined as a graduate from Sunderland University (1998) to the hotel reception team wishing to progress into hotel management and got hooked in organising and planning events instead.
Professional, capable a true asset to the team. Claire had her own wedding at Ramside Hall Hotel in 2004.

Sharon Banks - Event Planner
Sharon Banks has worked her way through the ranks - part-time waitress while at University - a short sojourn at another County Durham Hotel in the Events Office and then Sharon returned to Ramside Hall Hotel to join the Events Team.
A wedding planner extraordinaire - Sharon had her own wedding here in April 2009 ~ a spectacular occasion. See real life weddings
