Ramside Hall Hotel & Golf Club is one of the North East's foremost business and event venues. The Bishops Suite Provides the perfect venue; we have created an event space that is both traditional and contemporary. Offering all round flexibility, this multi purpose Conference and Banqueting Suite divides into six separate areas -The Reception Foyer with its magnificent chandelier, Beaumont Suite, Hatfield Suite, Neville Suite, Conservatory 1, and Conservatory 2.All are separated by acoustic partitions which, when opened form one large room - The Bishops Suite. Conferencing for 600, Dinner 450 and Dinner Dancing 380 with immediate ground floor access and free parking for 600 cars this is the ideal space for any event.High ceilings, free WIFI, 32 amp 3 phase power, black out, moveable staging and dance floors.

The Ballroom is suitable for all types of functions. Delightfully decorated and multi-purpose with good lighting and resources for day time events and lighting effects for night-time functions. Ornate plaster ceilings and large crystal chandeliers make this one of the most attractive Ballrooms in the North East. There is also a large bar in the Foyer.

The Fountain Room overlooks the beautiful Hotel gardens and is suitable for most types of function, with meetings for up to 60 guests

The Green Room purposely designed for business meetings and private dining. Ground floor access, air conditioning, electronic screen, laptop projection - perfect for work or pleasure. Seats 22 around the table for dinner and conference or 30 on 3 round tables.

The Boardrooms we have five. These rooms are suited to smaller meetings and interviews. Boardrooms number from 1 to 5 and can accommodate between 2 to 18 persons.

Ramside Hall Hotel is the ideal venue to host your special celebrations, whether it is a Wedding Anniversary, Naming Ceremony, Celebration of life, Christening, Engagement, or Birthday party and could be simply an intimate evening, or a lavish party for up to 500 guests.

The Summer Marquee is situated in the gardens and available from June to August. Ideal for beautiful Weddings, Summer Dances, Barbeques and many other reasons! The Summer Marquee is fully heated, carpeted with full bar facilities and its own dance floor. Lined with ivory silk, wooden trellis and greenery, a splendid summer place for any event.

With a choice of Function Rooms each adding its own unique ambience to your occasion, we can cater from 10 to 500 guests. We are delighted to be able to offer an enormous choice of excellent menus, ranging from canapes, finger buffets, fork buffets, barbecues, banquet menus to the full gala celebration buffets, all to compliment your special occasion. We have menu suggestions or you can choose and construct your own menu from the comprehensive menu selectors in the Hotel's Conference and Banqueting brochure. Our event planners have all the necessary experience to guide you through this ensuring a successful event.

Terms & Conditions
It is expected that the School have security booked by Ramside Hall Hotel.
100 persons or more require 2 security guards priced at £100.00 per guard.
A booking may be held until time of confirmation at which stage a deposit of £750.00 is payable.
Final Balance must be paid 28 days prior to the event taking place.
All deposits are non refundable.
