Things to know

  • Hotel guests’ spa access

    Hotel guests can use the 25-metre pool and fitness suite during their stay (children’s times apply). You’ll need to book a one-hour time slot to use the 25-metre pool on your arrival day to help us manage numbers and keep things quiet and peaceful. Hydrotherapy and outdoor pool access is reserved for guests on a spa day, spa break or who have a spa membership.

  • Children’s spa access

    Spa days and treatments are for those aged 18 and over. Guests aged 16+ can enjoy facials or nail treatments with a parent or guardian present. Dual treatment rooms are available if you'd like to book at the same time.

    Access to the spa facilities, changing areas, and gym is for over 18s only. Children can use the 25-metre swimming pool from 7:00–10:00 and 16:00pm–18:00 daily, but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  • What to bring

    Please bring swimwear and suitable gym wear if you plan to use the pool or fitness suite. We’ll provide fluffy robes, towels, spa footwear and amenities in the changing areas, including hairdryers.

    Sunday: Closed (can be opened for bridal parties)

For something more scenic, our outdoor vitality pool in the herb garden provides a perfect escape, while the balcony infinity pool offers an exclusive, private retreat with breathtaking views.

Discover true relaxation in our treatment suite, featuring 14 luxurious treatment rooms and a darkened sleep retreat with soundwave therapy beds and cosy sleep pods. Our beauty snug is perfect for manicures and pedicures, while the Middle Eastern mud rasul chamber offers a deeply cleansing experience. For those looking for a private escape, the light relaxation infinity pool is available to book as part of our signature spa days.

Balcony infinity pool

A hidden gem, available for private hire. The balcony infinity pool is the ultimate exclusive spa experience, with breathtaking views and a light relaxation area. Perfect for unwinding with up to 10 people, it’s an ideal add-on to any spa visit. Available to book for £30 per person for a 60-minute session.

Outdoor spa

Step outside and breathe in the fresh air while you unwind in our large heated vitality bubble pool. Complete with swan neck jets, this open-air sanctuary is surrounded by herbal gardens, creating the perfect place to sit back, relax, and escape.
